Abstract

Inflation occurs because of an increase in the index in the 6 (six) expenditure groups, namely foodstuffs 2.68 percent; food, beverages, cigarettes and tobacco 1.16 percent; housing, water, electricity, gas and fuel 0.16 percent; clothing group 1.02 per cent; group health and group tranpor 0.12 percent, communications and financial services by 4.17 percent. Expenditure groups that do not change the index of education, recreation and sport.
